📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Overseeing the day-to-day operations of the health center, ensuring high-quality patient care and service delivery.,Managing a team of healthcare professionals, including doctors, nurses, and support staff.,Developing and implementing strategies to improve patient satisfaction and healthcare outcomes.,Ensuring compliance with all relevant healthcare regulations and standards.,Managing the health center's budget and financial performance.,Building and maintaining strong relationships with healthcare providers, insurance companies, and other stakeholders.,Promoting a positive and inclusive work environment for all team members.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration, business administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in healthcare management, preferably in a similar role.,Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in Indonesian and English, both written and spoken.,Knowledge of healthcare regulations and standards in Indonesia.,Experience in budget management and financial planning.,A passion for improving patient care and healthcare service delivery.
