📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and maintain accurate cost accounting records and reports using SAP or Oracle Financialis.
• Conduct regular cost analysis to identify areas for improvement and cost reduction.
• Manage inventory levels using SAP or Oracle Inventory Management, ensuring optimal stock levels and minimizing waste.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure accurate financial tracking and reporting.
• Implement and maintain cost control policies and procedures.
• Provide financial support to the production team, ensuring that cost information is readily available for decision-making.
• Prepare and analyze financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in cost accounting and inventory management.
• Proficient in using SAP or Oracle Financialis for cost accounting and Oracle Inventory Management.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Knowledge of Indonesian accounting standards and regulations is a plus.
• Familiarity with the plastics industry is a plus.
