In this role, you’ll interact with guests daily, providing excellent service, managing reservations, and ensuring our venues are clean, organized, and running smoothly. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Deliver exceptional customer service by greeting guests warmly and addressing their needs promptly.
• Manage reservations and table bookings efficiently using our in-house reservation system.
• Ensure the cleanliness and organization of our venues, including tables, chairs, and restrooms.
• Assist with inventory management and restocking supplies as needed.
• Work collaboratively with the kitchen and bar staff to ensure smooth operations during peak hours.
• Provide feedback to management on guest experiences and service improvements.
• Promote our brand and special events through engaging interactions with guests.
• Adhere to health and safety protocols, including proper hygiene practices and social distancing measures.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• At least 1 year of experience in hospitality, customer service, or a related field.
• Excellent communication skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
• Familiarity with POS systems like Quick Service Restaurant (QSR) or similar software.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-focused mindset.
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new systems and processes.
• Professional appearance and demeanor, with a genuine passion for hospitality.
• Valid work permit for Bali, Indonesia.
