📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Provide direct patient care, including administering medications, monitoring vital signs, and assisting with treatments.,Document patient health information accurately and maintain patient records.,Coordinate with healthcare teams to ensure comprehensive patient care.,Educate patients and their families about their health conditions and treatment plans.,Participate in staff meetings and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.,Ensure compliance with hospital policies and procedures.,Promote a safe and clean work environment by following infection control protocols.,Assist in the preparation and serving of meals for patients as needed.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Nursing or related healthcare field.,Minimum of 1-3 years of experience as a Registered Nurse (RN).,Valid nursing license and certification from the relevant healthcare board.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.,Proficiency in English and Indonesian languages.,Knowledge of electronic health records (EHR) systems.,Willingness to work rotating shifts, including weekends and holidays.

🛠️ Keahlian

Clinical skills and knowledge in patient assessment and treatment.Experience with medical-surgical nursing.Understanding of infection control and safety protocols.Ability to work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team.Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills.Attention to detail and accuracy in documentation.Proficiency in using medical equipment and technology.
