📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Conduct regular internal audits across production, quality control, and safety departments to ensure compliance with ISO 9001 and 45001 standards.
• Prepare and present detailed audit reports, including findings, recommendations, and corrective action plans.
• Collaborate with department heads to address audit findings and implement improvements.
• Monitor and document corrective actions to ensure their effectiveness.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives and process optimization efforts.
• Ensure all audit activities are conducted in accordance with company policies and procedures.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date audit records and documentation.
• Provide support and guidance to junior staff and new hires in audit processes and procedures.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Quality Management, or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in internal auditing, preferably in a manufacturing or quality assurance environment.
• Certified Internal Auditor (CIA) or equivalent certification is a plus.
• Strong knowledge of ISO 9001 and 45001 standards and requirements.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and Word.
