🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field,Minimum of 5 years of experience in operations management,Proven track record of successfully managing operational teams and processes,Strong leadership and communication skills,Familiarity with operational software and tools,Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines,Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills,Knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations
