📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Oversee and manage the production process from start to finish, ensuring that all production targets are met.
  • Coordinate with design, sourcing, and quality control teams to ensure that production plans are executed effectively.
  • Monitor and analyze production data to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
  • Ensure that all production activities comply with safety regulations and industry standards.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and vendors to ensure a steady supply of materials and components.
  • Maintain a clean and organized production workspace, and enforce strict quality control measures.
  • Train and mentor junior staff to ensure a high level of performance and job satisfaction.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and technologies in the apparel manufacturing industry.

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in garment manufacturing, with a proven track record in production management.
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Proficient in using production planning and control software.
  • Familiarity with Indonesian labor laws and regulations.
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
