📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Greet guests upon arrival and provide a warm welcome.,Check guests in and out, and assist with their check-in and check-out procedures.,Answer and direct phone calls and inquiries from guests and other parties.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date guest records and reservations.,Handle front desk transactions, including payments and refunds.,Assist with the coordination of housekeeping, room service, and other guest requests.,Ensure the front desk area is clean, organized, and well-stocked with necessary supplies.,Provide excellent customer service and maintain a positive and professional demeanor.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

High school diploma or equivalent.,Minimum 1 year of experience in a receptionist or customer service role.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.,Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.,Familiarity with hotel or hospitality software is a plus.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Flexible and adaptable to changing priorities and schedules.
