📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Conduct market research to identify sales opportunities and trends,Develop and implement effective sales strategies to increase revenue,Build and maintain strong relationships with retail partners and customers,Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports to management,Conduct training and coaching for sales teams to improve performance,Leverage digital marketing tools to promote products and services,Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business growth,Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in retail sales

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field,Minimum of 3 years of experience in retail sales or consulting,Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth,Strong communication and interpersonal skills,Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office and other relevant sales tools,Familiarity with remote work tools and collaboration platforms,Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
