Lead and manage business analysis projects related to People & Culture initiatives, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.,Analyze and interpret data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement in employee engagement and culture.,Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement solutions that enhance employee experience and satisfaction.,Facilitate workshops and surveys to gather insights and feedback from employees, fostering a culture of open communication.,Create and maintain comprehensive business analysis documentation, including reports, dashboards, and presentations.,Stay up-to-date with industry best practices and emerging trends in People & Culture, and share knowledge within the team.,Support the development and implementation of People & Culture strategies that drive business performance and innovation.,Act as a thought leader and advisor on People & Culture matters, providing strategic guidance to senior leadership.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business, Human Resources, or a related field.,5+ years of experience in business analysis, particularly in People & Culture or HR domains.,Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data analysis tools such as Excel, SQL, or Tableau.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate with stakeholders at all levels.,Knowledge of HR systems and processes, including payroll, recruitment, and performance management.,Familiarity with People & Culture frameworks, metrics, and best practices.,Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.,Proven track record of delivering successful business analysis projects and driving organizational change.
