📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Analyze large data sets to identify trends, patterns, and insights that drive business decisions.,Develop and maintain dashboards and reports using BI tools to visualize key performance indicators (KPIs).,Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business needs and deliver data-driven solutions.,Create and implement data models, ETL processes, and data pipelines to ensure data quality and availability.,Conduct data mining and statistical analysis to identify opportunities for process improvement and cost savings.,Present findings and recommendations to stakeholders in a clear and compelling manner.,Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and technologies in data analytics and BI.,Mentor and train junior analysts to develop their skills and knowledge.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field.,5+ years of experience in data analytics and business intelligence roles.,Proficient in SQL, Python, R, or other programming languages commonly used in data analysis.,Experience with BI tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Qlik Sense.,Strong understanding of data visualization principles and best practices.,Excellent communication and presentation skills to effectively convey insights to stakeholders.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.,Knowledge of data governance, security, and compliance best practices.
