📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Perform a wide range of laboratory tests, including but not limited to, blood tests, urine tests, and other diagnostic procedures.,Ensure the accuracy and reliability of test results by following standard operating procedures and quality control measures.,Maintain a clean and organized laboratory environment, including cleaning and sterilizing equipment and work areas.,Keep detailed records of test results and laboratory activities, including maintaining inventories of supplies and equipment.,Assist in the training and supervision of junior lab technicians.,Stay up-to-date with the latest laboratory techniques, technologies, and regulations.,Participate in continuous quality improvement initiatives to enhance laboratory operations.,Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure timely and accurate test results are provided to patients.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Laboratory Science, Biology, Chemistry, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in a clinical laboratory setting.,Strong knowledge of laboratory techniques, including hematology, chemistry, and microbiology.,Familiarity with laboratory equipment and instrumentation.,Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.,Good communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.,Valid certification in laboratory techniques and safety procedures.,Fluency in English and Indonesian languages.
