🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field.,5+ years of experience in marketing analytics or a related role.,Proven experience with AI and data-driven marketing strategies.,Strong proficiency in data analysis tools such as SQL, Python, R, or Excel.,Experience with marketing automation tools like Google Analytics, Google Ads, Facebook Ads, or similar platforms.,Excellent communication and presentation skills to convey insights to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.,Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
