Back Processing Staff - BPKB & Document Management (Duren Sawit, Jakarta Timur)
BFI Finance Indonesia is seeking a detail-oriented and organized Back Processing Staff to join our team in Duren Sawit, Jakarta Timur. In this role, you will play a critical part in managing the receipt, storage, security, and distribution of BPKB (Buku Pemilik Kendaraan Bermotor) and other important documents. This position is crucial for ensuring the smooth operation of our document management system, which supports our core business processes.
As a Back Processing Staff, you will handle a variety of tasks, including organizing and filing documents, verifying the accuracy of information, and ensuring that all documents are properly stored and secured. You will work closely with our team to maintain the integrity and availability of our document management system. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
- Receive, organize, and file BPKB and other important documents
- Verify the accuracy and completeness of document information
- Ensure the proper storage and security of documents
- Distribute documents to relevant departments as needed
- Maintain and update our document management system
- Assist in the implementation of document control procedures
- Handle document-related inquiries and issues
- Participate in regular document audits and reviews
🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in document management or related fields
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Proficiency in using document management software such as Microsoft Office or Google Workspace
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work well in a team environment
- Familiarity with Indonesian regulations and procedures related to BPKB and document management
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new systems and procedures
