📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage customer inquiries and provide accurate information about credit products and services.
• Assist customers in completing applications for credit products using our proprietary CRM system.
• Offer tailored financial solutions based on customer needs and creditworthiness.
• Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records in our CRM system.
• Collaborate with the sales and customer service teams to ensure consistent customer experience.
• Adhere to company policies and procedures, including data privacy and security regulations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in customer service, telemarketing, or a related field.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
