📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Assist the head chef in preparing and cooking meals according to recipes and standards.
  • Ensure food safety and hygiene standards are maintained at all times.
  • Manage and supervise kitchen staff, including assigning tasks and ensuring they are completed efficiently.
  • Keep accurate records of food usage and inventory.
  • Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment.
  • Participate in menu planning and development.
  • Train and mentor junior staff members.
  • Ensure all health and safety regulations are followed.

    Kualifikasi:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience as a Deputy Chef or similar role.
  • Proven track record of working in a professional kitchen environment.
  • Strong knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
  • Valid food handling certificate.
  • Familiarity with local and international cuisines.
