PT Maju Wana is looking for a dedicated HR Generalist to join our team in Ubud, Bali. This is an immediate opening, so if you are ready to start right away, we want to hear from you!

In this role, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of human resources, from recruitment and onboarding to employee relations and performance management.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

Manage the recruitment process, from job posting to hiring and onboarding.

Develop and implement HR policies and procedures.

Conduct performance appraisals and provide feedback to employees.

Handle employee relations and resolve conflicts.

Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with labor laws.

Assist in the development and implementation of training programs.

Support the company's diversity and inclusion initiatives.

Any other HR-related tasks as assigned.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Kualifikasi:

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

Minimum 2 years of experience in HR, preferably in a similar role.

Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Proficient in using HR software and Microsoft Office.

Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
