📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

• Oversee the internal audit function, including planning, execution, and reporting of audit activities.
• Manage audit projects, including risk assessments, audit planning, and execution.
• Provide strategic guidance to the audit team, including training and development.
• Ensure compliance with internal policies, regulations, and industry standards.
• Identify and mitigate risks to the organization.
• Prepare and present audit reports to senior management.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure the integrity of our operations.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in internal auditing.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Kualifikasi:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in internal auditing, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
• Professional certification in internal auditing (e.g., CIA, CISA, CPA) is a plus.
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial reporting, and internal control systems.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Familiarity with audit software and tools is a plus.
