📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Source and attract qualified candidates for various job openings.,Screen and evaluate resumes to identify potential candidates.,Conduct initial interviews to assess candidates' fit for the role.,Coordinate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and needs.,Schedule and conduct interviews with potential candidates.,Provide feedback to candidates after interviews.,Assist in the onboarding process for new hires.,Maintain accurate records of all recruitment activities.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in recruitment.,Strong knowledge of recruitment processes and best practices.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using recruitment software and tools.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Ability to build and maintain relationships with potential candidates and hiring managers.
