Silver Byte Indonesia is looking for a dedicated Purchasing Staff to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing our procurement processes, ensuring we source high-quality products at competitive prices.

This is a remote position, allowing you to work from the comfort of your home while contributing to our company's growth.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Manage the procurement process from vendor selection to order placement.
  • Negotiate contracts and prices with suppliers.
  • Maintain strong relationships with key suppliers.
  • Monitor inventory levels and place orders as needed.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Conduct regular supplier evaluations and performance reviews.
  • Manage and update procurement records and reports.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of procurement strategies.

    • 🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in procurement or purchasing.
  • Strong negotiation and communication skills.
  • Proficient in using Microsoft Office and other procurement software.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
  • Good understanding of supply chain and logistics processes.
  • Familiarity with Indonesian business practices and regulations.
