📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Manage daily store operations, including opening and closing procedures, inventory control, and sales tracking.
  • Oversee staff scheduling, training, and performance to ensure high levels of customer service.
  • Develop and implement marketing strategies to increase sales and customer engagement.
  • Monitor and maintain store cleanliness and organization to create a pleasant shopping environment.
  • Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly and professionally.
  • Prepare and submit regular reports on store performance, including sales, inventory, and customer feedback.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to promote store events and special offers.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and regulations.

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in retail management, preferably in a similar role.
  • Proven ability to manage a team and drive sales performance.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Familiarity with retail software and point-of-sale systems.
  • Ability to work independently and remotely.
  • Knowledge of Indonesian retail industry and market trends.
