📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily restaurant operations to ensure smooth and efficient service.,Manage and train restaurant staff to maintain high standards of service and food quality.,Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract and retain customers.,Monitor and control food and beverage inventory to ensure cost efficiency.,Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues professionally.,Develop and maintain positive relationships with suppliers and vendors.,Ensure the restaurant meets all health and safety standards.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Hotel Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in restaurant management.,Proven experience in managing teams and operations.,Strong knowledge of food and beverage operations.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with POS systems and restaurant management software.,Knowledge of health and safety regulations.
