📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily restaurant operations, including staff scheduling, inventory management, and food preparation.,Ensure high standards of food quality, safety, and presentation.,Manage staff performance, conduct training sessions, and address employee concerns.,Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract and retain customers.,Monitor sales performance and revenue targets.,Maintain a clean and organized restaurant environment.,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly.,Collaborate with suppliers and vendors to ensure timely delivery of ingredients.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 3 years of experience in restaurant management.,Proven ability to manage a team and drive sales growth.,Strong knowledge of food safety and sanitation regulations.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Familiarity with point-of-sale (POS) systems and inventory management software.,Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.,Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
