📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Conducting market research to identify customer needs and preferences.,Developing and implementing sales strategies to increase market share and revenue.,Training and mentoring sales staff to ensure high performance and customer satisfaction.,Managing inventory levels and ensuring optimal stock availability.,Promoting products and services through various marketing channels.,Providing excellent customer service and resolving customer complaints.,Monitoring sales performance and providing regular reports to management.,Collaborating with cross-functional teams to achieve organizational goals.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in retail sales or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of sales techniques and strategies.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficient in using sales and inventory management software.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Familiarity with the bakery industry is a plus.,Fluency in both written and spoken Indonesian is required.
