📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Promote and sell our products to customers, both in-store and online.,Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure their satisfaction and loyalty.,Conduct market research to identify customer needs and preferences.,Manage inventory and ensure that products are well-stocked and displayed attractively.,Assist in the organization of promotions, discounts, and special events to drive sales.,Provide excellent customer service and handle customer complaints and inquiries.,Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement sales strategies.,Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports to the management team.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in retail sales or a similar role.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet sales targets.,Familiarity with retail software and point-of-sale systems.,Knowledge of Indonesian market and consumer behavior.,Ability to travel and work in remote locations.,Fluency in both Indonesian and English is a plus.
