📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Conduct routine and specialized food safety tests to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.,Perform quality control tests on raw materials, finished products, and packaging to maintain high-quality standards.,Maintain and calibrate lab equipment to ensure accurate and reliable results.,Document and record test results and findings in a detailed and organized manner.,Collaborate with the production team to address any quality issues and implement corrective actions.,Stay updated with the latest food safety and quality control practices and technologies.,Assist in training and mentoring junior lab technicians.,Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance lab operations and efficiency.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Food Science, Microbiology, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in a food lab or quality control role.,Strong knowledge of food safety regulations and quality control standards.,Proficient in using lab equipment and software for data analysis.,Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.,Ability to work in a fast-paced and detail-oriented environment.,Good communication and teamwork skills.,Familiarity with HACCP and ISO standards is a plus.
