📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and execute marketing strategies to drive customer acquisition and retention.
• Oversee all marketing initiatives, including digital marketing, content marketing, and traditional marketing efforts.
• Manage a team of marketing professionals, providing guidance and support to ensure the successful delivery of marketing campaigns.
• Leverage data analytics to inform marketing decisions and measure the effectiveness of marketing efforts.
• Work closely with the CEO and other senior executives to align marketing efforts with business objectives.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, partners, and industry influencers.
• Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices to ensure our marketing strategies are innovative and effective.
• Represent the company as a brand ambassador, speaking at industry events and participating in thought leadership activities.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in marketing, with a proven track record in the financial sector.
• Proven experience in developing and implementing comprehensive marketing strategies.
• Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to manage a team of marketing professionals.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders.
• Proficiency in marketing software and tools, such as Google Analytics, HubSpot, and Adobe Creative Suite.
• Certifications in digital marketing, such as Google Analytics Certified, HubSpot Inbound Certified, or similar, are a plus.
