📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Prepare and serve a wide range of cocktails and beverages, including signature drinks and classic favorites.
• Ensure the bar is well-stocked and maintain a clean and organized workspace.
• Provide excellent customer service, engaging with guests and addressing their needs promptly.
• Follow food and beverage safety guidelines to ensure compliance with health regulations.
• Work collaboratively with the kitchen staff to ensure smooth operations during peak hours.
• Assist in inventory management and ordering new supplies as needed.
• Train and mentor new staff members to maintain high standards of service.
• Participate in regular staff meetings and contribute to team discussions.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Bartender in a high-volume restaurant setting.
• Strong knowledge of cocktail recipes and beverage preparation techniques.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Familiarity with POS systems and bar management software.
• Knowledge of food and beverage safety regulations.
• Ability to lift and carry up to 20 kg.
• Must be able to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
