📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Greet and welcome guests upon arrival, ensuring a warm and personalized experience.
Assist guests with check-in and check-out processes, using our in-house Property Management System (PMS).
Provide exceptional customer service, addressing guest inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally.
Collaborate with the front desk team to ensure smooth operations and a high standard of service.
Assist with the setup and maintenance of guest rooms, ensuring they are ready for the next guest.
Contribute to the development of our guest experience protocols and best practices.
Participate in training sessions and team meetings to stay updated on industry standards and best practices.
Promote our brand and property through word-of-mouth and guest interactions.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum 1 year of experience in customer service, hospitality, or a related field.
Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia, with excellent communication skills.
Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
Basic computer skills, including proficiency in using CMS, PMS, and CRM systems.
Willingness to learn and adapt to new systems and processes.
Enthusiasm for luxury hospitality and a passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences.
Valid work permit for Bali, Indonesia.
