📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage the entire payroll process, including salary calculations, tax deductions, and bank transfers.
• Ensure compliance with Indonesian labor laws and regulations.
• Process employee benefits, including health insurance, retirement plans, and other perks.
• Assist in recruitment and onboarding new employees, including conducting interviews and preparing offer letters.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records in our HRIS (Human Resource Information System).

• Provide administrative support to the HR department, including handling employee inquiries and resolving HR-related issues.
• Assist in the preparation of HR reports and analytics to support decision-making.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in HR and payroll management.
• Proficient in using HRIS software, such as BambooHR or Workday.
• Familiarity with Indonesian labor laws and regulations.
• Strong organizational and analytical skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Fluency in both English and Indonesian languages.
