📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Lead the development and maintenance of a scalable, consistent design system.
• Define and enforce design principles, patterns, and guidelines.
• Collaborate with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to ensure the design system meets business needs.
• Mentor and guide the design team in adopting and using the design system.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest design trends and technologies.
• Conduct user research and usability testing to inform design decisions.
• Document and communicate design system updates and changes.
• Measure and analyze the impact of the design system on user experience and business outcomes.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor’s degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in design systems or a similar role.
• Proven experience in leading design teams and projects.
• Strong understanding of design principles and best practices.
• Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD.
• Experience with front-end development tools like HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
